RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all technical aspects of the TO. Serve as the main POC for all technical issues related to this TO. Have a technical background that facilitates understanding of USG technical requirements and communication with the PMO. Work closely with PMO/specified personnel to facilitate effective planning and accomplishment of critical objectives in a timely manner. Manage all subcontractor interface requirements in conjunction with the Contractor’s PM. Notify the Contractor’s PM, immediately, of any problems or issues. Approve all engineering documents before submitting to the USG. This includes, but is not limited to, Site Preparation Requirements and Installation Plan (SPRIP), previously known as, Telecommunication Systems Installation Plan (TSIP), Preliminary Integration Review (PIR), Critical Integration Review (CIR), and Integration Plan Acceptance (IPA) documents. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 10 years providing technical leadership for large scale LAN and Datacenter network design and implementation programs. Proven track record leading large-scale network refresh projects ($10M+) including datacenter migrations and campus LAN upgrades. Expert knowledge of Switching (STP, 802.1x, LLDP, VRRP, LAG) and routing (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS) protocols, datacenter technologies (VXLAN, EVPN), and network security architectures. Experience with network automation and infrastructure-as-code using Python, Ansible or similar tools. Strong project management and team leadership skills with ability to coordinate across infrastructure, security and application teams. Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance. CERTIFICATIONS Network engineering technical certification equivalent to Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). CCIE Preferred. Security+. Network+. Additional Job Information
