Summary The Senior Director Product Management for Fleet Management Solutions provides leadership and expertise associated with the delivery and expansion of complimentary products of Choicelease, SelectCare, and Rental operations, customers, and end users. The incumbent is responsible for developing product vision and strategy and leading the product organization in delivering a differentiated product position in the market. With a focus on exceptional operations and user experience, the Senior Director will leverage a data-driven mentality to establish a value-centered product roadmap which balances customer requirements and market opportunities. They will oversee the product management program, governance, and prioritization of initiatives with an emphasis on business growth within and across verticals, improved efficiencies, and bottom-line margin. This individual is a key advocate for customer executive, business and technical teams, Ryder executive, sales and operations staff, and Ryder stakeholders across all functions. The Product Owner will be an expert in the Ryder business, understanding the complexity of the supply chain world and the role that advanced products play within the Ryder ecosystem. Essential Functions Develop, Launch & Support New Products Across Ryder. Deep Knowledge of the Logistics Market and Industry. Define a holistic customer experience and product roadmap focused on clear business metrics and targets. Lead the product management team in an Agile environment spanning multiple initiatives and solutions. Lead development of go to market strategy, product positioning, and messaging. Foster an environment focused on rapid, data-driven experimentation. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and own prioritization. Provide product leadership at the enterprise level. Partner with teams to accelerate innovation across multiple swim lanes. Lead with a Voice of Customer and data-centered mentality. Additional Responsibilities Collaborate with Rental, Asset Management, Marketing, Sales and Operations in developing and executing product plans. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Ability to develop strategic plans aligned with clear objectives. Ability to express complex strategic and technical concepts in relatable terms. Demonstrable skill in analyzing and leveraging data. Proficiency in Agile and ideally Design Thinking methodology. Strong leadership and collaboration skills. Demonstrated skills in organizational group and change management processes. Ability to create and maintain professional relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or related field or equivalent experience. Master's degree in computer science, business administration or related field preferred. Ten (10) years or more experience in product management, digital transformation, etc. Four (4) years or more leadership experience in a product team in a large environment. Zero (0) to One (1) year experience interacting with multi-functional teams preferred. Zero (0) to One (1) year experience leading product teams focused on SaaS delivery preferred. Product Management Compensation Information : The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience and education. Pay Type : Salaried Minimum Pay Range: 119700 Maximum Pay Range: 239600 The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan.
