DevOps Engineer
to help the organization enhance and automate the development, testing, and release of software for the customer organization.
This position will be based out of Joint Base Anacostia Boling and will report on-site daily (no remote flexibility).
What you will do
Assist in the containerization of applications using technologies such as Docker, OpenShift, and/or Kubernetes
Maintain and create CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or Artifactory
Develop and maintain scripts within the architecture required for CI/CD pipelines and automation
Assist the development team in preparing and moving software throughout the CI/CD pipeline with a goal of moving to a production environment
What you need to have
Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active
TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
Bachelor's degree in related area
6+ yrs experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes
Experience with scripting languages such as node.js, bash, shell or python
What we'd like you to have
Experience with creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
Experience working with container registries such as jFrog
Experience working with code analysis and security tools such as SonarCube and snyk
