AP Coordinator - Boston Construction
We have partnered with an established real estate and construction company located in the South End neighborhood of Boston, who is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team for a full-time direct hire position.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the AP Manager as well as communication with the CFO and Project Managers
Processing incoming invoices for accuracy and data entry into the company's Timberline database
Preparing weekly payables as well as monthly reports for the accounting and project team
Qualifications:
Must have prior accounting experience at a construction, engineering, or real estate company
Past experience with Timberline/TimberScan or Sage 300 along with T-Scan and/or Avid
Accounts payable experience related to project contracts, invoices, and change orders
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
