About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering impactful change in the Chemicals & Natural Resources (CNR) sector? As a Manager in Accenture’s Resources practice, you’ll take on an essential role in driving meaningful client solutions and leading project teams to success. In this role, you’ll manage project delivery for key client engagements, contributing to innovative solutions that meet client needs. You’ll work closely with clients to address their unique challenges and help drive growth within the CNR industry. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Client Engagements: Lead consulting engagements focused on digital transformation, operational excellence, and sustainability within the CNR sector (Mining, Metals, Forestry/Building Materials). Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, gaining an understanding of their challenges and aligning solutions to drive business impact. Support Innovation and Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver forward-thinking solutions that leverage Accenture’s technological capabilities, including SAP, AI, and Cloud. Contribute to Business Development: Support proposal development and client presentations, helping to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Mentor Junior Team Members: Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior consultants and supporting their professional growth. Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Maintain an understanding of industry developments, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies within the CNR sector. What You Need:
Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the Natural Resources industry, with knowledge of sector-specific challenges. Consulting Background: 3 years in consulting or a client-facing role, with experience in managing client engagements and achieving positive outcomes. Sustainability Commitment: A genuine passion for helping clients address sustainability challenges and meet environmental goals. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities, with a track record of building productive client relationships. Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and support a culture of learning and growth. Nice to Have:
Industry Versatility: Exposure to the Metals, Ag Chemicals, or Mining industries. Digital Transformation Experience: Familiarity with digital tools and technologies relevant to the CNR industry, including SAP, AI, and Cloud.
