WeCare Medical Specialty Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and software solutions that support our mission of providing excellent patient care. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement web applications and software solutions using various technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, SQL, NoSQL databases). Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products. Troubleshoot and debug software issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Contribute to the overall architecture and design of our systems. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Solid understanding of back-end development using languages like Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar. Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. Benefits:
