We are seeking a
detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Associate
to join our Fresh Cut team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our shipping process by ensuring the
accuracy of outgoing orders
and the
integrity of our inventory records.
This position requires
exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am until finished and will work Saturdays if business dictates. Compensation:
$20.00 to $21.00/hr. DOQ. Excellent Benefits! Key Responsibilities:
Conduct manual case counts on each pallet to confirm accuracy. Scan pallet tags using WMS scan gun and accurately enter physical quantities. Compare physical counts with pallet tags and pick sheets to ensure all shipments are correct and complete. Approve pallets for shipment by printing pre-pick tags and staging them at the dock. Promptly notify the Pack-Out Supervisor of any discrepancies or missing products. Assist with the organization and staging of pallets to maintain an efficient workflow. Ensure all pallets are labeled correctly and follow company shipping procedures. Help maintain accurate records by documenting case counts and discrepancies. Coordinate with production, pack-out, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Assist in loading the trucks when necessary to ensure efficient dispatch. Identify and suggest opportunities to improve shipping accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 2 plus years experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), palletizing and scanning equipment. Basic math and problem solving. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move items up to [weight] pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures. Other duties assigned.
