The Business Transactions Team works in conjunction with other teams in the firm's Business Group as client needs and matters dictate. Substantive legal knowledge and experience with all aspects of relevant law are required. The candidate should possess perseverance, responsiveness to clients, an appreciation for detail, and availability to work outside of typical business hours when necessary to meet deadlines. Portable business is preferred. Candidates licensed to practice in states other than VA and NC will also be considered.
