EXTERNAL VACANCY - OPEN TO GENERAL PUBLIC Duties Summary: Patrols the campus and other assigned areas to enforce laws, rules, and regulations for the protection and security of personnel and property, and to detect and prevent attempts by persons to violate the law; conducts investigations of violations, prepares reports, and takes appropriate action; and performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualification Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following requirements: Specialized Experience:

One (1) year of progressively responsible work experience in the enforcement of security laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to the protection of personnel and property. Guard License:

Applicants must possess a current, valid State of Hawaii Security Guard License at the time of appointment. Driver's License:

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment. Certification:

All applicants must obtain valid First Aid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificates or equivalent within six (6) months from the date of employment. Suitability Investigations:
