Part-Time Worship Production Director

to oversee the technical aspects of our worship services. This role is essential to creating a seamless and distraction-free worship experience that helps people connect with God. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all technical elements of worship services, including audio, video, lighting, and livestream. Recruit, train, and schedule a team of volunteers for the production ministry. Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment, ensuring all systems function properly. Work collaboratively with the Worship Leader to create engaging and cohesive worship services. Innovate and improve technical processes to enhance the worship experience. Qualifications: A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with BDCC’s mission and values. Experience in audio mixing, video production, lighting design, and livestream management. Proficiency with ProPresenter, digital soundboards, and streaming platforms. Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and equip volunteers effectively.
