Recruiting Coordinator

to join our team and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process as we continue to expand our talented workforce. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and guidance throughout the hiring process. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline recruiting workflows and align scheduling with team availability. Maintain and update theApplicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records are accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with the HR and recruitment team to improve processes and enhance the overall candidate experience. Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages. Coordinate logistics for interviews, including travel arrangements for candidates if necessary. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. Help organize recruiting events, such as career fairs, networking events, and open houses. Maintain recruiting metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 1+ years of experience in a recruiting or coordination role. Proficiency in ATS tools, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Interest in AI technology and its applications is a plus.
