SCOPE OF POSITION: The System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related IT infrastructure. This individual reports to the Network Operations Manager, and is responsible for managing, supporting, trouble shooting, configuring and implementing all the IT infrastructure.

Maintain VMWare environments Perform scheduled maintenance, patching, and monitoring of network environment including cloud and on-premises based infrastructure. Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud services such as O365, Azure, Teams, OneDrive Responsible for backups of all network devices and servers, maintaining backups, and validation of backups. Daily system monitoring of resources, storage, hardware, logs, key processes and scheduled jobs. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning and growth. Responsible for performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required Act as 2nd/3rd level support for the Customer Success team for all hardware including workstations, laptops, and cellular devices. Manage Office 365 Environment as well as Active Directory, including Group policy. Manage Single Sign-on Environment (Okta) Maintain network and system security Make recommendations for future upgrades Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience. 3+ years' experience in an IT support position providing end user computing support for Desktops, Laptops, Phones and Windows server OS. Ability to effectively communicate with end users at various levels in the organization. Experience administering Windows server operating systems. Experience with managing and maintaining backups. Experience supporting Microsoft O365 suite of applications. Experience supporting phone systems and mobile phones. Experience supporting Active directory, Endpoint security tools, and LAN connectivity. Must be able to sit for long periods of time and may be required to lift 40+ lbs. This position will require some after hours, weekends, off hours, and some on call work based on need. Travel estimate: 0-10% Preferred Qualifications: Relevant Certifications: A+, CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, MCP, MCITP, VCP-DCV, ITIL Scripting Languages: PowerShell, Python SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: none
