Family Law Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Fairfax, VA, seeks a Family Law Attorney with 1-5 years of experience. Ensure clear expression of written and oral ideas with proper grammar, formatting, and professionalism. Familiarity with the courts of Northern Virginia. Comfortable working remotely and familiar with hybrid work environment technologies. Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information. Exercise common sense and good judgment in legal matters. Requirements: Virginia law license required; DC and/or Maryland license a bonus. 1-5 years of family law experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail. Effective time management, planning, and organization skills. Highly trustworthy and discreet. Analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Education and Certifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
