This is your chance to shape your career in a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment. Responsibilities include: Project Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the production team, assisting them in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents. Data Maestro : Analyze project survey data to examine existing site conditions, legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents. Mentorship and Guidance : Guide and assist junior staff, ensuring project-based tasks are executed accurately and efficiently. Technical Guru : Prepare a wide range of reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology/hydraulic studies and storm sewer reports. Construction Support : Provide essential construction-related services and direct junior team members, including permit applications and quantity estimates. Engineering Software Whiz : Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and various engineering software packages to ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget. Future-Ready : Develop your Project Manager skills through training and mentoring, with the potential to grow into a Project Manager role.
