Role Overview We are looking for an exceptional
Marketing Analytics Lead
to support our customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing customer service capabilities, ensuring high levels of operational efficiency and driving the adoption of best practices in tools and technology. This role is crucial for maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service and supporting our growth as a $30MM direct-to-consumer company. As the
Marketing Analytics Lead , you will own our data strategy, building a comprehensive marketing and business analytics framework from the ground up. You’ll measure and analyze key funnel metrics, such as revenue, ROAS, traffic, and conversion rates, while proactively identifying opportunities to drive growth and efficiency across all paid and owned channels. You will lead marketing attribution, recommending tools and refining our MarTech stack to ensure optimal investment decisions. You will create automated reports that give the team access to key customer and business data in real time. You will also have an aptitude for general business analysis, e.g., product performance and ROI of faster delivery. You’ll thrive in this role if you have a proven track record in
eCommerce and marketing analytics , enjoy working with complex datasets, and have experience building reporting systems that empower teams to make fast, data-driven decisions. What You’ll Do Lead the development of best-in-class analytics strategies
to accelerate growth in existing and new channels. Own marketing performance analytics
from paid acquisition to lifecycle/email campaign and price promotions, analyzing revenue, ROAS, traffic, and conversion metrics. Proactively identify growth opportunities
and inefficiencies, translating insights into actionable strategies. Build automated reporting systems
that provide real-time access to business and customer performance data. Lead marketing attribution efforts
and recommend tools to optimize tracking and measurement. Collaborate cross-functionally
with data engineering, finance, and leadership teams to inform key decisions. Conduct business analysis
across product and category performance, customer service standards. Communicate insights clearly —craft data narratives that drive decisions, aligned with business objectives. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree
in Data Science or Analytics is a plus. 7+ years of experience
in B2B/B2C eCommerce analytics, spanning both startup and scaled organizations. Proficient in
data analysis, reporting, and visualization
tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker, Sigma). Strong experience in
marketing attribution, MarTech tools , data cleaning, and data integration across common marketing and eCommerce platforms. Highly
analytical with an entrepreneurial mindset —able to dive deep into data and drive results. Excellent
communication skills —ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies. Able and driven to be
hands-on with data , from data hygiene through to reporting and insights. Outstanding
attention to detail
and a passion for data accuracy and quality. Position Schedule Full-time , exempt role Hybrid
work environment 40 hours/week : Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm MST, with flexibility to work outside normal business hours based on business needs. Why StickerGiant?
