Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Patient Access / Registration Department, Revenue Cycle Operations, and the Collections Office. Work closely with the Hospital Accounting Manager and team responsible for Patient billing, collection, maintenance, and accounts receivable. Ensure the integrity of service and facility coding in collaboration with the Director of Health Information Management. Oversee compliance and audit processes from both in-house teams and third parties. Develop KPIs around bad debt, denials, AR Days, etc., and set the financial and performance strategy. Promote teamwork and quality improvement within the organization.
