Produce estimates and manage projects to achieve sold financial basis with GM and EBIT goals. Hire and manage a team of SMEs to deliver Process Automation work. Maximize GID content on projects and work with our Bogota High Value Engineering Center on hiring Process Automation SMEs. Work with Worley offices to share work and integrate staff on projects for a blended execution team. Coordinate interfaces with engineering partners, construction contractors, equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and project management. Develop project scope, control system philosophy, systems architecture, process safety studies, SIL determination, P&ID development, and building TIC estimates. Ensure detailed design experience includes selection, specification, and procurement of field instrumentation and BPCS/SIS systems. Support construction management, FAT and SAT, installation qualification, commissioning, and handover. Minimum Requirements

20+ years of experience with expertise in leading control systems projects in the EPC. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline. Experience in LNG, petrochemical, oil and gas, and nuclear industries. Systems experience with major systems vendors such as Emerson, Triconex, Foxboro, Siemens, Rockwell.
