Conduct in-depth legal research to support litigation and regulatory filings. Develop strategies to address evolving legal and technical challenges in privacy and data security law.

Collaborate with other practice areas to integrate privacy solutions into broader legal matters. Work with colleagues to deliver coordinated and comprehensive legal services to clients. Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in privacy, data security, or related litigation and regulatory enforcement matters. Solid understanding of consumer protection laws, including the Stored Communications Act and wiretapping regulations. Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters and client relationships. Strong analytical and writing skills, with a focus on clear, precise legal documentation. Tech-savvy, with knowledge of current trends and technologies in privacy and cybersecurity law. Education: J.D. from a nationally recognized law school. Certifications: Active law license in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills: Legal Analysis & Research:
