The Manager/Senior Manager Rotational Finance Professional will step in and support all aspects of business partnering, adhoc analysis, planning, forecasting, and/or reporting for the finance categories. This includes working with cross-functional teams (marketing/sales/operations/accounting) to drive key decision-making through analysis in areas such as innovation business viability, capital investments, pricing, and merchandising to facilitate the delivery of strategic objectives. The role involves partnering with functional area experts to drive insightful and timely business performance reviews, including the company's plan versus actual results, forecast updates, regular communications to senior management, and KPI reporting. Additionally, the position may involve leading and contributing to elements of the planning process, including the annual planning process, S&OP, and monthly and quarterly planning, while being the key finance voice on the charter process. RESPONSIBILITIES, depending on the needs of specific rotation: Support the company's annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process. Own the monthly analysis and insight on performance to plan and forecast, and the monthly rolling forecast process by leveraging internal relationships and analytic tools. Provide financial and strategic insights for new product innovations including pro-forma P&L statements, business case development, DCF modeling, and capital request development. Effectively communicate monthly performance and key business drivers to senior management. Lead cross-functional S&OP process driving key decisions and alignment for the forecast between sales/marketing/operations/finance. Manage overall department budgets and ensure adherence to established financial parameters. Prepare to update and communicate project costs as needed to senior management. The base compensation range for this position is $140k-170k, commensurate with experience. Minimum 8-10 years of finance experience and leading finance teams. Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and establish and react to changing priorities. Experience with budget and cost management. Excellent project management experience. Strong influential ability; able to interact successfully with all levels of management. Strong problem-solving skills; ability to make decisions with limited information and to handle uncertainty and change.
