The Department of Pathology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Instructor, Assistant, or Associate Professor. Responsibilities include excellence in the area of GI pathology. The successful candidate may also have diagnostic skills in other areas of surgical pathology, which may include gynecologic pathology, head and neck pathology, pulmonary pathology, or bone and soft tissue pathology. The selected faculty member should have a record of demonstrated productivity and scholarship in one or more of these areas. The role will also be responsible for training medical students, residents, and fellows during their rotations in their divisions. The Feinberg School of Medicine offers excellent opportunities for translational study, and the ideal candidate will also have interest and experience with investigation. Qualifications
Qualified candidates will hold MD or MD/PhD degrees and be board certified in AP or AP/CP from the American Board of Pathology. Candidates must be eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the State of Illinois. Fellowship training or other significant experience in gastrointestinal pathology is required. Rank and remuneration determined by qualifications and experience. Application Process
