Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Retreat Facilitator for the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences Office of Academic Programs to run a professional development session for administrators and advisors. This position is serving as a retreat facilitator for one two-hour session during a day-long professional development retreat for the staff in the Office of Academic Programs. This event seeks to bring the full office staff together for sessions to promote the identification of shared values as well as challenges and solutions. Sessions, including the one offered by this facilitator, will provide the staff with more knowledge and tools for working effectively with undergraduate students.

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience

Master's degree and experience as a workshop/retreat leader in a higher education setting are required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Familiarity with Rutgers systems and structures. Knowledge in mindfulness, meditation, wellness, and self-care practices.
