Job Title: Fundraising Consultant, Private Equity Real Estate Fund (Potential Full-Time Opportunity) Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Remote within the USA possible for the right candidate) Job Description: Cypress Capital Group is seeking a Fundraising Consultant to target $100M raise from high-net-worth individuals and family offices for our Fourth Silicon Valley Private Equity Real Estate Fund. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position, leading Investor Relations and Business Development. Key Responsibilities: Raise $100M capital from high-net-worth individuals and family offices Create compelling presentation materials Build and manage relationships with investors Collaborate with the senior team on fundraising strategy Qualifications: 5 years of experience raising capital from high-net-worth individuals and family offices Proven track record of successful capital raising Strong business development, relationship management, and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with integrity and creativity Institutional investor relations are not required at this time Compensation: 5% success fee on capital raised through your capital introductions (No retainer) About Us: Cypress Capital Group is a boutique firm specializing in residential real estate investment, design-build services, and residential leasing in Silicon Valley, New York, and Austin.
