We are seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Manager based in London to lead and innovate our marketing efforts, driving results and strengthening our international presence.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing
Build and expand the company’s presence on key platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
Develop and implement effective social media strategies in collaboration with the team.
Work closely with the China team to coordinate marketing efforts across platforms and languages.
Lead Generation
Oversee various lead generation channels, both online and offline.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns on digital platforms to attract potential clients.
Organise and manage marketing events in London and other cities.
Company Branding
Manage the company website, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Strengthen brand identity through consistent marketing initiatives and messaging.
Team Management
Lead the marketing team, fostering creativity and ensuring high-quality output.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine marketing strategies for optimal results.
Qualifications and Skills
Extensive experience in property marketing management, ideally in the UK and UAE markets.
A creative mindset with the ability to produce innovative and engaging content.
Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to building and maintaining brand identity.
Proficiency in major social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and familiarity with Chinese platforms (Red, WeChat, Douyin).
Experience with website development and maintenance.
Knowledge of tools and software for video and photo content creation.
Familiarity with property industry platforms such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
Strong command of English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
