Join the NVFS Family : We are looking to hire an IPE Program Supervisor to join the NVFS Youth Initiatives team! The IPE Program Supervisor will provide administrative oversight for the Intervention Prevention and Education (IPE) program, designed to increase the protective factors for gang-involved youth and those at risk for gang involvement. In this role, you will be responsible for: Staff Supervision and Development:
Identify and fulfill staffing needs; collaborate with staff on talent development; approve timesheets, leave, and reimbursement requests; provide or arrange ongoing staff training. Supervise program staff, ensuring proper client-to-staff ratios and monitoring case files for quality. Conduct regular supervision according to established program guidelines. Client Service Delivery:
Manage referrals, waitlist, and case assignments in coordination with the IPE Program Manager. Monitor client cases from initial referral through discharge, ensuring effective service delivery. Conduct individual parent meetings and provide workshops on gang prevention. Program and Resource Development:
Assist in developing new program services and participate in contract renewals and funding applications. Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of workshops and group-based activities. Compliance and Reporting Requirements:
Ensure service delivery aligns with NVFS mission and contractual requirements. Prepare narrative and statistical reports measuring program effectiveness. Community Outreach:
Represent NVFS in community meetings and develop public relations within the agency’s mission. Your Background:
We understand that you may obtain skills through various experiences. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or related field. At least two years of related direct service experience in human services, youth development, or case management. Fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
