Senior C++ Software Developer

for software development for the Intelligence and Defense communities. The successful candidate will be self-directing and able to work both independently and coordinate effectively across a broader team utilizing a variety of technologies. Enjoys leading technical efforts and mentoring junior engineers. Possesses sufficient writing skills to prepare and generate technical reports and other documentation pertinent to the position. This is a hybrid schedule, Mondays and Thursdays at Prime Contractor site, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from home or ARA office. Senior C++ Software Developer Required Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active secret security clearance; TS/SCI security clearance is highly desired BS in Computer Science / Mathematics / Physics / Engineering / Information Technology along with 10 years of relevant work experience Strong foundation in software development and experience with C++, Linux, CMake, and Docker automated CI testing such as via GitLab Demonstrated experience going from problem statement to prototype to production-ready algorithms Team player with excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills Able to independently assess and improve in an existing code base Senior C++ Software Developer Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with one or more of the following: Knative Java Typescript Python React Golang GitLab Docker CI Bash YAML Playwright Test Jest Test Catch 2 Test Junit Test Pytest JSON Maven / Gradle SQL MongoDB Elastic Search Ability and desire to quickly learn new domains Experience working on intelligence and DoD programs Who is ARA?
