Hybrid (Preferred candidates in CA or NY; remote considered for exceptional candidates) About Gap Marketing Shared Services / Media Shared Services Gap Inc. is transforming its marketing approach through the newly formed Marketing Shared Services organization. This centralized team standardizes and innovates key functions, including Media, Marketing Enablement, and Marketing Intelligence, across its four iconic brands. The Media Shared Services group leverages strategic expertise, functional depth, and organizational scale to drive impactful media planning and activation. About the Role The Manager, Affiliates (Contract) will support the activation and execution of Global Affiliate Marketing programs across Gap Inc.’s portfolio of brands. Collaborating closely with the Director, Affiliates, Channel Activation, Channel Planning, Brand Marketing teams, and Media Agency partners, this role will manage Affiliates programs to identify opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and growth across all brands. Key Responsibilities Implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing plan to align with Gap Inc.’s growth and revenue goals. Manage day-to-day team goals, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues to ensure business initiatives are met. Evaluate performance against KPIs, ensuring activities deliver measurable results. Identify opportunities across Affiliates programs by analyzing brand activities and aligning with business priorities. Stay current with Affiliate marketing trends to adapt strategies for competitive advantage. Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and optimize efforts across brands. Collaborate with Channel Planners to align media strategies, driving outcomes and increasing brand awareness. Foster strong relationships with Media Agency partners to enhance Affiliates program performance. Work with Creative and Brand teams to ensure content is optimized for media channels. Qualifications Proven experience managing Affiliate channels, preferably within retail brands or agencies. Skilled in planning and executing performance-driven Affiliate campaigns. Experience working in matrixed organizations, driving cross-functional collaboration and change. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a history of delivering positive outcomes across teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize channel performance. Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and improve processes. Preferred Schedule/Time Zone Candidates located in California or New York are preferred. Remote work is available for exceptional candidates.
