Develop and implement litigation strategies. Advocate on behalf of clients in hearings and trials. Collaborate with senior attorneys to gain mentorship and further develop skills. Maintain strong client relationships and provide effective communication throughout legal proceedings. Prepare case files, maintain documentation, and track litigation progress. Contribute to team efforts in achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Requirements: 0-5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in defense. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and advocacy abilities. Ability to manage caseload and work under pressure. Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with clients, peers, and senior attorneys. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the Colorado State Bar (or eligible to be admitted). Skills: Litigation and trial preparation experience. Proficient in legal research tools and databases. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
