We are seeking a dynamic and personable

Healthcare Marketing Specialist

to build and maintain relationships with schools, hospitals, doctors, pediatricians, care management agencies, and other organizations that work with children facing challenges. This position focuses on creating a strong referral network for ABA and HCBS (Home and Community-Based Services) for children. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, relationship-driven professional with a sales personality who thrives on creating meaningful connections, delivering engaging presentations, and generating leads. Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture relationships with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to build a strong referral network. Deliver presentations and engage with doctors, therapists, and other professionals to promote services. Maintain a detailed and organized follow-up system to ensure leads are nurtured and converted into referrals. Travel across NYC (Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan) to meet with potential partners and build relationships. Strategize outreach efforts and report directly to leadership on progress and results. Qualifications & Must-Haves

Proven sales or community outreach experience, preferably in healthcare or home care industries. Outgoing and personable, with a knack for creating memorable first impressions. Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging with diverse communities. A "hustler" mentality—willing to go above and beyond to generate leads and secure referrals. Must own a car and be comfortable traveling within NYC. Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in tracking leads and follow-ups. Email: Baila@maiplacement.com
