The firm is seeking a corporate transactional attorney with M&A and joint venture experience. You will be given the opportunity to work directly with clients and partners. Responsibilities and Duties Representing sponsors, portfolio companies and other private clients Joint Ventures Drafting ancillary agreements Direct client communication Knowledge of the latest due diligence software programs Qualifications and Skills Exceptional academic credentials including experience within a top-tier law firm.
