Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach for our Agile Transformation initiative. The Senior Agile Coach will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change, fostering Agile mindset and practices, and enabling teams to deliver value efficiently and effectively. As the Senior Agile Coach, you will lead all phases of Agile Transformation, from discovery with leadership, onboarding new pods, hyper care and ongoing pod support. Work includes developing tools and leading sessions to demonstrate how leaders and associates will apply Agile methodologies in their day-to-day work. Promoting a culture of innovation by implementing Agile process and principles which include techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, transparency, and velocity. Key Role Functions Lead Agile Transformation in Marketing:
Drive organization-wide Agile Transformation roadmap and execution plan, aligning with business goals and objectives; facilitate community of practices, quarterly celebrations, and other critical sessions. Coach and Mentor Marketing Teams:
Provide expert coaching, guidance, and mentorship to Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and senior leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. Agile Marketing Practices:
Implement and optimize Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices across teams and departments, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and values. Training and Workshops:
Develop and deliver Agile training programs, workshops, and educational materials to enhance Agile knowledge, skills, and mindset at all levels of the organization. Marketing Campaign Agility:
Enable marketing teams to adopt Agile practices in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, iterating based on data-driven insights and customer feedback. Collaboration and Alignment:
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between marketing teams, shared service teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables. Metrics and Performance:
Define, track, and analyze key marketing metrics and performance indicators using Agile approaches, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate communication, transparency, and alignment, and manage expectations. Continuous Learning:
Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing with Agile teams and the broader organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, RTE, and/or Agile Coach or 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, RTE, and/or Agile Coach in lieu of a degree. 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-level initiatives. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or equivalent Agile certification(s). Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and Agile scaling frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS). Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. This is a remote role anywhere in the US that will require you to accommodate Eastern Standard Business Hours Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA), Certified Agile Coach (CAC), or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) are a plus.
