Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Oracle EBS Manufacturing module implementations, upgrades, and customizations. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure Oracle Manufacturing modules, including BOM, WIP, Cost Management, and related SCM modules, to meet client-specific requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Manufacturing modules, ensuring smooth operations. Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integrations with other Oracle and non-Oracle systems. Conduct system testing, data validation, and ensure compliance with industry best practices. Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules, staying updated with the latest Oracle offerings and features. Required Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant, specifically in Manufacturing modules. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing modules, including but not limited to: Bill of Materials (BOM) Work in Process (WIP) Cost Management Inventory Purchasing Strong expertise in full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices. Ability to analyze and document business requirements effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Oracle R12 and 11i versions is essential. Experience in using Oracle AIM or OUM methodologies is preferred. Preferred Skills: Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing is a plus. Experience in integration with other modules like Order Management, Supply Chain, and Finance. Knowledge of OTBI reporting and analytical tools.
