Job Title: Recruiter Location (city, state): Chicago, IL Industry: Professional Services Pay: $40-$45/hour About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a client known for its dynamic and collaborative talent acquisition team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced professional services environment. Job Description: The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, focusing on sourcing top talent, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Initially, this position requires on-site presence five days per week, with a transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) after one month. Key Responsibilities: Manage up to 15 requisitions at a time, with a mix of complex and non-complex roles. Source and attract top talent using creative and strategic recruitment methods. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Use ATS tools to track requisitions and ensure compliance with recruitment best practices. Provide consultative talent acquisition guidance and design interview processes where necessary. Analyze recruitment data to refine hiring processes and meet hiring goals. Organize and coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Build a proactive network of potential candidates through ongoing market research and relationship building. Qualifications: 6-10 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, handling complex roles. Strong ability to manage high-volume requisitions efficiently. Exceptional communication skills, with a clear and proactive communication style. Adept at working in collaborative environments with diverse personalities. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with iCIMS preferred but not required).
