Creative Project Manager

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Creative Project Manager who will set up an organize projects for the organization. This opportunity is located in Basking Ridge, NJ Duties: Facilitate meetings to ensure project alignment and progress Manage tasks and timelines in collaboration with company agencies Route files for approval through appropriate channels Communicate project status updates regularly to relevant stakeholders Desired Skills/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or business or 4 years of work experience 6 years of professional experience in a project management role, either within an external or internal advertising agency Proven ability to prioritize and manage the workflow of multiple projects across a line of business Strong capability to craft thoughtful and custom project plans and timelines Experience managing and tracking scope and hours for efficiency reporting across a line of business Demonstrated skill in communicating priorities, risks, and solutions to senior-level internal stakeholders Expertise in partnering with marketing and strategy leads, as well as Creative Directors, to lead teams in brief development, problem-solving, and prioritization Fosters a collaborative approach within departmental team members Experience working with outside agencies to manage clients' promotional and marketing efforts Ability to evaluate creative briefs for complex projects and interpret them effectively for project teams to lead communication strategies and marketing efforts Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans 401K offered
