Research on control algorithms for permanent magnet synchronous motors and induction motors. 2. Writing, testing, and documenting motor control software code. 3. On-site debugging of controllers and resolving issues discovered by customers. 4. Motor performance testing and evaluation. 5. Other Duties as assigned. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Motor and Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields, with 10 or more years of experience in motor control software development. 2. Proficient in control principles of permanent magnet synchronous motors or induction motors; familiar with Sensorless, FOC, SVPWM algorithms, capable of independently developing and debugging motor control algorithms. 3. Familiar with at least one mainstream MCU development application and familiar with Matlab/Simulink for modeling and simulation. 4.
