Our client, a foundation that emphasizes education, immigration reform, the environment, media and journalism, and health, is currently in search of a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. As part of this role, you will assume various administrative responsibilities and play a key role in overseeing daily office operations. We are seeking a welcoming, engaging, and collaborative administrative professional who can serve as the welcoming face of the office and deliver exceptional support. Please note this is a contract position - $32-35/hour located in San Francisco. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all employees and visitors within the space. Manage the reception desk Foster strong working relationships with employees and vendors to meet the diverse needs of various stakeholders. Collaborate with Security to coordinate access for employees, visitors, and vendors during business hours. Coordinate with building management for repairs and maintenance matters. Maintain continuous communication with the Workplace Experience Manager to address any issues. Provide administrative support to the Workplace Experience team as needed. Assist with or take charge of additional/special projects as needed. Qualifications: A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience Ability to thrive in a flexible, positive, and team-oriented work environment, with a willingness to embrace change and actively contribute to process improvement. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Google Suite.
