Insurance Coverage Attorney - Chicago, IL - (Hybrid)

Seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our esteemed firm in Chicago. As an Insurance Coverage Attorney you play a critical role in providing legal counsel on Insurance Coverage matters, analyzing policies, and representing clients in insurance-related disputes. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging cases and contribute to the success of our clientele and firm. LOCATION: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze insurance policies and provide legal opinions on coverage issues. Advise clients on insurance-related matters, including claim handling, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation related to insurance coverage disputes. Draft legal documents, including coverage opinions, pleadings, and settlement agreements. Collaborate with clients, claims adjusters, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes. Provide strategic guidance to clients on minimizing risks and maximizing insurance coverage. REQUIREMENTS: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Illinois state bar association. Minimum 3 years of experience inside Insurance Coverage law. Strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and industry practices. Excellent analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
