About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Construction Recruiter to join our team. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent within the construction and electrical industries. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure a seamless and positive hiring experience while contributing to broader talent acquisition initiatives. Responsibilities: Execute full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding activities. Manage requisitions and documentation through the Jobvite Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to conduct intake calls, understanding their hiring needs and creating tailored recruitment strategies. Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. Represent the organization at recruiting events, information sessions, interviews, and job fairs as needed. Track, analyze, and maintain data and metrics related to talent acquisition projects and initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) as they relate to the workforce. Provide support and collaborate on cross-functional talent acquisition projects as assigned by the Manager of Talent Acquisition. Perform additional assignments related to talent acquisition to meet evolving business needs. Qualifications: Experience: 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the construction or electrical industries. Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Proficiency with MS Office applications; experience with Jobvite ATS is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Positive and resilient approach with a focus on client and candidate satisfaction. Ability to adapt to ambiguity and shifting priorities with a growth mindset. Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills, with acute attention to detail.
