Trusts and Estates Legal Administrative Assistant Evolve Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Legal Assistant to join the dynamic Estates, Trusts, and Probate practice group at a prestigious law firm. This role offers a collaborative environment where your skills and expertise will make a direct impact on client success. Position Overview: As a Trust & Estate Legal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to attorneys while delivering exceptional client service. This position is ideal for professionals with at least 5 years of experience , looking to grow within a firm renowned for its high standards and expertise. What You Will Be Doing Providing administrative support to attorneys in the Trusts and Estates practice group. Preparing and processing legal documents related to trusts and estates, including wills, trust agreements, and powers of attorney. Managing and organizing client files, both electronic and paper, to ensure all documents are easily accessible and up to date. Assisting with the administration of estates, including preparing probate documents and managing court filings. Coordinating and scheduling client meetings, appointments, and court appearances. Drafting and proofreading correspondence, legal documents, and reports for accuracy and completeness. Communicating effectively with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other professionals involved in trust and estate matters. Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks related to trust and estate administration. Maintaining billing records and assisting with client billing processes. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence. Answering, screening, directing, and placing telephone calls and emails. What You Need for this Position At least 3 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant in trusts and estates law. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with legal research tools and document management systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of probate and trust administration procedures. Strong client service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. Physical attendance at the place of work. What’s In It for You Extremely competitive compensation and benefits package.
