Litigation Paralegal

Do you have litigation paralegal experience? Come and work with a successful law firm in the Mesa/Gilbert area supporting 2-4 attorneys. You will be a litigation only paralegal supporting two to four Attorneys as part of the firm's personal injury practice. Job Duties: Interact with clients, adjusters, medical providers and opposing counsel and expert witnesses Manage deadlines and schedule meetings, depositions, arbitration, mediation, and the like Analyze medical records and bills Prepare mediation and settlement conference memorandum Ensure clients are informed and receive correspondence and pleadings timely Draft initial and supplemental disclosure statements as well as court pleadings Experience and Education Required: Experience using case management software. Must possess strong organizational skills, work ethic and enjoy working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Research proficient, pre-trial prep, and trial assistance experience required. Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, disclosures, and discovery requests while under close supervision. Document production and organization a must. Organize records, documents, correspondence, and files into a manageable format. Follow the ethical requirements as set forth by the Rules of Professional Conduct of the State. Must demonstrate a strong worth ethic and consistent schedule Experience with document management system required The ideal candidate will take the initiative, have strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
