POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an Executive Presentation & Business Deck Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is not your typical creative graphic designer position. Instead, we’re looking for a talented individual who excels in creating sophisticated, business-oriented visual content for our executive team. Your focus will be on producing high-impact business decks, investment presentations, and process flowcharts that convey complex ideas in a clear, concise, manner while following our brand guidelines. OBJECTIVES Collaborate with the executive team to design business presentations, investor decks, and other executive-level communication materials. Develop flowcharts, business process visuals, and other business-centric content with a focus on clarity and strategic messaging. Align content creation with corporate standards, ensuring a business-first approach where content drives the design (70% content, 30% design). Support global services initiatives by creating visual materials that align with the company’s growth strategy and consulting services. Translate complex data and business strategies into compelling, easy-to-understand visuals. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop impactful presentations tailored for investors and other key audiences COMPETENCIES Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts Ability to translate complex business strategies into clear visual presentations Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and presentation design tools Experience creating business decks, flowcharts, and investment presentations Skilled in working with C-suite executives and gathering stakeholder input Excellent written and verbal communication skills Focus on content clarity with a business-first approach High attention to detail and accuracy in content Strong project management and multitasking abilities Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into visuals Adaptability to shifting priorities and changing business needs EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Background in finance, management consulting, or investor relations.
