Supply Chain Analyst

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to work for our client in the Technology industry . Apply now for consideration Contract : W2, 6 months Location : Boston, MA (Fully Onsite) Pay Range : $22-25/hour DOE Brief Summary Join a fast-paced, high-volume environment within the Global Robotics Operations team. This role involves managing the spare part network while driving process improvements and supporting critical supply chain operations. Responsibilities : Manage our clients Robotics portfolio change management using AGILE PLM. Oversee KTLO tasks, including order management and customer escalations. Monitor inventory levels, identify stock-outs or excess inventory, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to streamline the parts supply chain. Solve problems and design solutions for customers. Maintain and update internal documentation for training and reference purposes. Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related disciplines. Supply Chain experience is a must. Strong math, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel modeling. Experience in customer-facing roles, ticketing, and stakeholder management. Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management. Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
