Construction Inspector

JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is looking for a Lead MEP Inspector and an Architectural Inspector to support a large renovation project at a federal site in SE DC. This is a 3-year project that will include renovations to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment throughout the facility. In this role they will act as an owners representative. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - $150M New Federal (GSA, DOD) construction experience - Experience with MEP Systems; oversight of installation, design/spec reviews OR Experience with oversight of Architectural component installation, design/spec reviews - Experience leading teams of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing inspectors
