The ideal candidate will have experience integrating and consolidating telemetry from various platforms, such as Pega, Alkami, SolarWinds, Biztalk360, and Mulesoft, and will be able to provide holistic solutions to optimize performance and visibility across complex systems. Experience in the financial services industry is essential, as you will be working on mission-critical applications in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and optimize Dynatrace solutions for monitoring and telemetry consolidation across applications like Pega, Alkami, SolarWinds, Biztalk360, and Mulesoft. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate monitoring solutions into financial applications, ensuring complete observability across systems. • Provide end-to-end performance monitoring and analysis, ensuring that all telemetry data is consolidated and easily accessible for troubleshooting and optimization. • Identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights and solutions to improve application reliability, scalability, and performance. • Collaborate with application developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure the Dynatrace implementation supports business objectives. • Conduct regular health checks, configuration tuning, and performance tuning of Dynatrace environments. • Provide mentorship and guidance to internal teams on best practices for application monitoring and telemetry management. • Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynatrace and related monitoring technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the organization’s monitoring capabilities. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards while developing monitoring strategies for applications in the financial services industry. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience with Dynatrace, including monitoring configuration, dashboard creation, and application performance troubleshooting. • Strong knowledge of telemetry systems and experience integrating with applications such as Pega, Alkami, SolarWinds, Biztalk360, and Mulesoft. • Experience in the financial services industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges of monitoring and maintaining regulated financial systems. • A holistic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to view systems and solutions comprehensively, identifying areas for improvement and integration. • Hands-on experience with cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure, including Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture. • Strong understanding of performance monitoring best practices, telemetry data consolidation, and root cause analysis. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications in Dynatrace or similar APM tools. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Familiarity with financial industry standards, regulations, and best practices for application monitoring and data security.
