Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager with a strong background in managing S/4HANA upgrade projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver SAP projects on time and within scope. Required Qualifications: Experience: 8 years of experience in SAP project management. At least 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA upgrade or implementation projects. Technical Skills: In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, data migration, and technical upgrades. Hands-on experience with SAP tools such as SUM (Software Update Manager), DMO (Database Migration Option), and SAP Activate methodology. Knowledge of SAP Basis, integrations (e.g., PI/PO), and Fiori applications. Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Other Requirements: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
