Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Titan International, Inc., a 35-year-old, privately owned company , is a leader in the specialty metals, minor metals and metal powders industries . With a fast-growing operation, we manufacture metal powders and recycle tungsten, rhenium, and other valuable materials at our state-of-the-art facility in Pottstown, PA . We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will play a critical role in managing the financial activity of our organization and ensuring our long-term stability and growth. As a key advisor to the CEO, the CFO will drive strategic planning and provide actionable insights to support our mission and business objectives. Position Overview As CFO, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be involved in day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to ensure our financial health and support our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including cash flow accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll. Operational Oversight: Oversee accounting, tax, audit, treasury, and compliance functions to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory adherence. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement measures to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Reporting: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare and present monthly, and annual financial reports, sales reporting, maintain the company dashboard, production and inventory reports. Bank Liaison: Interface with bank representatives to ensure compliance of line of credit and loan requirements. Insurance: Work with all insurance companies including but not limited to worker’s compensation, all business insurance and medical insurance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing business. Proven expertise in strategic planning, corporate finance, and risk management. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams. Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis specific to manufacturing. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Sage 50 (Formerly Peachtree) is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary.
