Manager of FP&A, 140K-150K Bonus (Software Company)

LHH is seeking a Manager of FP&A for a software company in Dallas. In this role, you will lead and manage the FP&A function and interact with internal partners to drive financial the performance and success. You will be responsible for overseeing full P&L and provide strategic financial insights to Senior Leadership. This is a Hybrid position (3 day/week in office) and pays 140K-150K. We will also consider a Lead or Senior Financial Analyst with 7 years of experience that is ready to take a step up to Manager. Responsibilities: • Enhance monthly operating presentations for clarity and relevance to management and stakeholders. • Analyze financial results, monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve performance. • Support strategic planning with financial insights, projections, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis. • Conduct ad hoc analyses for various business units and oversee budget planning processes. • Develop complex financial models to support business development and client services. • Regularly perform variance analysis between actual financial performance and budgeted targets, providing actionable insights. • Communicate financial results and provide analysis and recommendations to C-Level Executives. • Collaborate with other departments on joint projects and share expertise through technical mentorship and cross-training. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred. • 7 years of experience in financial analysis, data management, financial modeling, and financial systems. • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with SQL Server.
