Bio X Cell, a leading provider of high-quality antibodies for preclinical research, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Human Resources to act as a key HR Business Partner. In this pivotal role, you will drive initiatives to scale the organization while aligning human resources with business goals. As the sole HR leader, you will design and execute strategies across all aspects of HR, fostering a high-performance culture, optimizing workforce planning, and enabling sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Business Partnership Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leadership on organizational strategy, talent needs, and workforce planning. Provide proactive and consultative support to managers on team dynamics, employee relations, and development. Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement HR solutions that address business challenges. 2. Strategic Talent Management Collaborate with leaders to forecast talent needs and develop robust recruitment strategies. Lead efforts to attract, onboard, and retain top talent to support Bio X Cell’s growth trajectory. Develop and manage succession planning frameworks to ensure organizational readiness for the future. 3. Organizational Development and Culture Drive initiatives that reinforce Bio X Cell’s values and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Act as a champion for change management, guiding leaders and teams through growth and transformation. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment. 4. Performance Enablement Design and implement a scalable performance management system that aligns employee goals with business objectives. Provide coaching and feedback frameworks to support continuous employee development. Establish leadership development programs to build managerial capabilities. 5. Employee Engagement and Retention Regularly assess employee satisfaction through surveys and focus groups, translating feedback into actionable strategies. Design programs and initiatives to enhance employee morale and strengthen retention. Serve as a resource and advocate for employee well-being and work-life balance. 6. HR Operations and Compliance Develop, implement, and refine HR policies, procedures, and systems to support a growing workforce. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and HR standards. Leverage HR technology and analytics to enhance operational efficiency and inform decision-making. 7. Compensation and Benefits Strategy Partner with leadership to establish competitive compensation structures and benefits programs. Conduct regular market analyses to ensure pay equity and alignment with industry standards. Manage vendor relationships and ensure employee benefit programs meet business and employee needs. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 7–10 years of HR experience, with a demonstrated track record as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, or combination of HR and Leadership. • Proven ability to influence and coach leadership teams on HR-related matters. • Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. • Experience implementing HR systems and leveraging data for decision-making.
