Job Overview

As a key member of our Waste Management Team, you will be responsible for handling and processing recyclable materials and waste. This role requires trustworthiness, the ability to work well with others, and the capability to work with limited supervision.

Schedule: Mon. - Thursday: 5 am - 3:30 pm, Fridays as scheduled by plant production.

Highlights of your role
    Operate bailing machines to recycle cardboard and plastic, and a glass crusher machine.
  • Collect recyclables and waste from production departments.
  • Operate wood grinders and forklifts.
  • Participate in all waste handling and recycling activities as needed.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety at all times.
Compensation
$17.50-23.50/hr
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • General computer experience preferred; training available.
  • CDL or the ability to get one within a reasonable time frame
Also want to make sure you have
  • Trustworthy and reliable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to safety protocols.
