Description

  • Assist project managers and superintendents with planning, scheduling, and coordination of data center construction activities.
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, and procurement logs to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Analyze project documentation and ensure adherence to client specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate on project budgeting, cost tracking, and change management.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in construction, preferably on mission-critical or industrial projects.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
