Job Description :
Facilitate user story workshops for scoping projects to develop and maintain the product backlog. Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders, teams, and departments. Develop project plans including relevant artifacts for the program management processes Communicate project status to senior management and project sponsors. Manage risks, issues and impediments and escalate in a timely manner. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Work collaboratively with our software developers to ensure product is meeting the business requirements Work with the development teams to triage defects and identified changes are migrated into production correctly. Facilitate 1st tier support for our applications in working with our software development team. Understand project estimates and manage the project budget once approved. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with automotive or aftermarket/manufacturing environment. Product/Project management skills.
